How to enter a phone or WhatsApp order, send it out for delivery, record the cash when it is handed over, issue the VAT invoice and follow orders on the board.

  1. 0:00Hi! Let's see how to handle an order that comes in by phone, WhatsApp or Facebook.
  2. 0:07Got an order? Click New order at the top.
  3. 0:11Type the customer's phone number and name, then choose where the order came from.
  4. 0:19Search for what they ordered and pick it.
  5. 0:22Choose the delivery zone and type the address.
  6. 0:29Leave payment as cash on delivery and click Create order. The stock is set aside straight away.
  7. 0:36This is the order's page: items, customer, invoice and delivery, all in one place.
  8. 0:45Click Mark packed, then Out for delivery. When the customer gets it and pays, click Handed over; the cash is recorded for you.
  9. 0:59Now click Issue invoice to create the tax invoice.
  10. 1:03Back in Orders, click Board to see every order in columns by status.
